Ottawa Convention is very centrally located in downtown Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's Capital. It is within walking distance of over 6,000 downtown Ottawa hotel rooms, numerous attractions and landmarks, and the ByWard Market. A 20-minute shuttle ride from the Ottawa International Airport, the Centre is directly linked to the Westin Ottawa Hotel and the 180-store Rideau Centre shopping complex.

Ottawa Convention Centre parking is a 2-storey underground facility providing 748 spaces. It is a fully-staffed facility with two entrances located on Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street South. The three exits are located on Nicholas Street South. Entry points to both the Ottawa Convention Centre and the Rideau Centre shopping complex are located on both levels on the north and west walls. There are four handicap spaces per level located on the north wall near the Rideau Centre entrances.
The Rideau Centre parking is a fully-automated multi-level facility. There is an ambassador patrolling the pay stations and entry and exit points on a 24-hour basis. The entrances are located on Nicholas Street, Daly Avenue and Colonel By Drive via the front of the Westin Hotel. The exit points are Daly Avenue and two at Besserer Court. This facility has 588 spaces with three handicap spaces on the main floor and two additional handicap spaces per level (4 levels, 8 spaces).
There are four entrances to the Rideau Centre from the parking facility located on levels P-2 and P-4. There is also an exterior lot that has a capacity of 118 vehicles and is accessible from Besserer Street. Citipark accepts the following payment methods:
